Welcome to The Utah Foodie! On today’s episode we sit down with some movers and shakers in Utah who know a thing or two about the best breakfast and brunch spots throughout the state! This episode is the second installment of our monthly series, “Food Tips From Foodies,” where we bring in some of Utah’s best food critics, chefs, podcasters, and food enthusiasts to talk about everything and anything in the Utah food scene.
Welcome to The Utah Foodie! On today’s show, we sit down with Dolcetti Gelato, one of the cornerstones of the 9th and 9th neighborhood. Founded by Elizabeth and Mark England over ten years ago, this neighborhood staple specializes in home made, locally flavored Italian delicacies that will take your mouth on a scenic tour of the Italian countryside.
Today we interview Michael Ferguson and Seth Anderson, the two behind The Queens’ Tea — a tea blending and sourcing company they started in Utah in late 2012 when they realized they wanted to share their passion for tea with a larger audience than just their family and friends.
After scouring Asia for great tea farms and suppliers, they launched The Queens’ Tea at the Sundance Film Festival, and if you’ve been to Publik, Zest Restaurant, 3 Cups Coffee, Delcetti Gelato, or La Barba you’ve probably seen their tea on display, as their brand is now a staple at quality coffee shops and restaurants in Utah.
